In our last post, we showed proof that Baby Jeneric was growing. Alas, as
Teresa noted, the bassinet is no longer a suitable device to demonstrate growth and Baby Jeneric is now too tall to comfortably stretch out. As a result, we graduated to our next metric: the high chair.

No, she is not eating solid foods and no she doesn’t sit up by herself just yet. But she does despise being left out of the fun of meal time and since her head holding skills are top notch, we bow to her whim and let her spend 5 or so minutes in the high chair every now and again.

(Hey Mom! Do you know the frog talks?!)
We’ve also caved in to baby pressure and are now walking with the girl facing out of the baby carrier (weather and temperament permitting).

And finally, if you are in the vicinity of Baby Jeneric and you are small enough to fit into her hands, be warned. You will be grabbed, grasped, pulled, shaken and, eventually, eaten.
