What's the story, applesauce?

Cavemen had them.
There's a band named for them.
They can be powered or not, corded or cordless.
Their use represents a pretty significant milestone for a toddler.

Indeed Toddler Jeneric has *successfully* used a tool to feed herself applesauce. Amazing, isn't it?

And for those still in the Applesauce race, we've emptied one case and gotten about 4 jars into the second. Eight jars to go.

All I want for Christmas

Is to open presents! Toddler Jeneric caught on fast to ripping wrapping paper and even figured out there were usually toys beneath the paper.

This looks big. Is it a hippopotamus?

126_2671
Still opening. This gift was just from Grandpa. I wonder what it could be?

126_2679
We'll have her bowling 300 by next Christmas.

There was more present opening in Michigan.

Hey Moe, hey Moe!

Just after Christmas, we did the Curling Shuffle! Well, Eric and Jenni did. Toddler Jeneric watched from a safe distance and did more than her fair share of crying.

Aunt Kelly and Eric get ready to throw (on different sheets!).

Eric may just be a natural.

Grandpa throws down!

126_2687
Jenni throws and doesn't fall down. Amazing!

No, I do not think I will play today.

We're back!

Did you miss us? Our holidays were stu-u-u-pendous and we'll get to those adventures. But first, some photos of Toddler Jeneric's favorite Christmas decoration:

Add an aww as you realize it was also her Dad's favorite Christmas decoration when he was a wee Toddler.

Coming up on Wily Jeneric: toys! curling! more toys! and how not to spend New Year's Day (according to some small people).
