A. As of this posting, just over 17 weeks.
Q: Does Baby Jeneric have any teeth?
A: Nope, and none on the horizon.
Q: How does Baby Jeneric sleep at night?
A: Oh, you know, like most kids. Yeah. Umm. Well. Ninehourssolid.
Q: How does Baby Jeneric get along with your cats?
A: Splendidly! In general, both parties have agreed to ignore the other. Every now and then, a cat will sniff Baby Jeneric’s head (or, well, lick her head) and Baby Jeneric has been known to ‘pet’ a cat.
Q: How big is Baby Jeneric?
A: We can finally answer this one with better accuracy than, “More than 11 pounds?” If you read the last post, you know Baby Jeneric is a staggering 16 pounds, 3 ounces and 25 inches tall.
Q: Does Baby Jeneric talk/stand/walk?
A: Nope, not yet.
Q: What does she do, then?
A: She sits up, bats toys, like’s to ‘fly’ in her Dad’s arms, enjoys being read to and loves music.
Q: Still using those cloth diapers?
A: Sure are!
Q: Have you started solid foods?
A: Nope! She’s doing so well on breast milk that the pediatrician told us to wait until she shows an interest in food.
Q: Do you really talk about poop all the time?
A: Oh, yes. Every day.

A: Emphatically NO! She prefers to spit up on them to such an extent that the spit-up will pool in Priscilla's cuffs.
Q: What is Baby Jeneric's favorite TV program to watch with grandma?
A: Grease, only during the music.

Q: Is Baby Jeneric, and/or her parents on Facebook yet? It's a great way to waste time (I know, new parents don't have time), but It's also a great way to keep in constanct contact with Canadian friends (outside of 'blogging). Just saying....
