I am voting for a) your baby is counting and will be a nerd. What s/he is counting though that needs to be determined. Is it:
a) stating the reasons why s/he can't possible win this game
b) counting the knitting stitches
c) listing the steps to take over the world
d) counting out the beat to the music
I think your baby is just practicing "flipping the bird". After all it will eventually be driving New Jersey. It'll get the right finger soon enough.
