At some point Toddler Wily will learn that you don't have to walk with your hands up over your head.
In the meantime, she'll stop to smell the flowers.

Arboreal apes generally hold their arms above their heads when walking bipedally. Toddler Wily may be doing this to aid in maintaining her balance at this stage.
