Baseball!

From ballet to baseball... Jeneric spotted a t-ball set at Target over the weekend and asked to put it on her Christmas list (yeah, that's an aww moment). However, she and Toddler Wily had received a bit of money for Easter and had some leftover money from Christmas, so Eric suggested that perhaps the girls could pool their money to purchase the t-ball set and an extra bat. We think they made a good decision.

Spring Training

While in Florida, we scored tickets to a spring training game - Detroit Tigers versus Toronto Blue Jays. The first inning took a good 45 minutes to play, which resulted in squirrel-y, tired girls.

The question remains: who did we cheer for? The home team (Jays)? Or the Michigan team (Tigers)? Hint: Lansing Lugnuts.  Final score: 8-5, Jays win.

Toddler Jeneric thought she'd introduce Baby Wily to an American classic.


While Baby Wily rolled down a hill (hey, the lawn seats are cheap!), Toddler Jeneric expressed consternation that some people (the announcer) talk too loud.

Sadly, the home team lost.
