Just hear those sleigh bells jing-a-ling!

Well, not so much. We took Toddler Jeneric sledding last weekend in attempt #2 to have some winter fun (remember attempt #1?). Let's see how it went this time:

Sled? Check. Daddy? Check. Sunglasses? Check.

Up the hill!

Okay, Daddy will show us how it's done!

Now Toddler Jeneric & Daddy. (Yes, that's Baby Wily in the background and no, she wasn't in any danger of taking off down the hill on her own.)

Wee?

No, not so much. We've plans to try again next weekend (and yes, we'll still have snow. We'll surely have even more by then).

And don't think we've forgotten about Friday's challenge post - no guesses?! We'll patiently wait for your comments.

You were a toddler once

And since you were once oh-so-very-small, we ask you to return to that place of youth and answer one, simple question - as Toddler Jeneric might answer. What is this:

(hint: it is not a lion on a stick)

And because all good quizzes include feedback, we feel it is only appropriate to give the answer to the last quiz. The oblique reference was to Click, Clack, Moo: Cows that Type.

An unlikely combination

No worse than raw onions, we suppose.

Eh, What's up, Doc?

We, the proprietors of Wily Jeneric wish a speedy return to health to Ninja-baby (very, very, super duper under the weather) and WEB (very under the weather). Do be glad you weren't in Toddler Jeneric's care:

Toddler Jeneric listens to Baby Wily's heart - in her words: tump, tump. Tump, tump.

Next, she'll ask for an electric blanket*

Sometimes bear gets cold, despite her warm layer of fat, fur and all that stuffing.

*Bonus points to anyone who can identify the very oblique reference in our title.

Do not tap the glass...

Someone thought the penguins at the Lowry Zoo in Tampa, FL were just a little too exhausting.
